YOONKI KIM, ESQ (김윤기 변호사)
Yoonki concentrates his practice in all aspects of civil litigation, particularly in the areas of commercial/business litigation, healthcare litigation, labor/employment litigation, chancery litigation, and personal injury litigation.
Since co-founding KF law, Yoonki has been selected to the "Top 40 Under 40" by the National Trial Lawyers. Yoonki was also recognized in 2020 as a New Jersey Super Lawyers Rising Star, in the area of Personal Injury.
Prior to joining KF law, Yoonki practiced as an attorney in two prominent law firms, one specializing in personal injury law, and the other specializing in personal injury protection (PIP) matters. He developed a proven track record in both areas of practice by overseeing his own personal injury and PIP caseloads from intake to successful resolution. Concurrently, Yoonki also was able to achieve victories in his general litigation practice, which covered a diverse range of litigation areas.
In particular, Yoonki applies his strong advocacy and writing skills to each one of his cases, ensuring that his clients receive quality representation in a cost-effective and prompt manner.
While in law school, Yoonki participated in the Center for Social Justice's Immigration and Human Rights Clinic and was the recipient of the meritorious Chancellor Law Scholarship.
Mr. Kim received his B.A. from Rutgers University and his J.D. from Seton Hall Law School.
Yoonki is fluent in both English and Korean.
